EV.THRIVE’s first project will map how independent repair shop owners view the automotive repair industry today as OEMs are shifting from vehicles with internal combustion engines to EVs.
Between mid-April and the end of May 2021, the company will be conducting a series of contextual interviews with owners of independent repair shops to uncover and to rank some of their top unmet needs. The interviewees are recognized industry leaders with relevant experience, from diverse areas of the United States.
